Objective To investigate the effect of micro-inflammation on renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016, 51 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Affiliated Hospital of North China Polytechnic University were divided into normal group (Hs-CRP≤8mg / dl) and micro-inflammation group (Hs-CRP> 8mg / dl). The normal group and micro-inflammation group for general comparison, the two groups were comparable, and then observe the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and hemoglobin. Results There were different degrees of anemia in both groups. The micro-inflammatory status of dialysis patients can not be considered as influencing the degree of anemia. Conclusions Whether the micro-inflammatory state of maintenance hemodialysis patients aggravate the degree of renal anemia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis is not certain, but due to the limitations of the selected population, a large number of studies are needed to confirm.
