合肥市近六年来(1983～1988)在旧城改造与新区开发中,市房地产开发部门先后建成了170万m~2住房,其中为改造旧城建设了67.9万m~2的拆迁恢复住宅楼,占全市住房总建设量的40％,为14000户的拆迁户,改善了居住环境,提高了居住水平。但是,纵观近几年拆迁恢复住宅楼的“拆”与“建”的全过程,在设计布局,施工速度与质量等方面,还存在一些急需引起社会关注的问题。
In the past six years (1983 ~ 1988) of Hefei City, in the transformation of old cities and the development of new areas, the city’s real estate development department has built a total of 1.7 million m2 houses, of which 679,000 m2 has been built to renovate old buildings. It accounts for 40% of the city’s total housing construction, and it is 14,000 relocated households, which has improved the living environment and improved the living standard. However, looking at the entire process of “removal” and “build” of residential buildings in recent years, there are still some issues that urgently need to arouse social concern in terms of design layout, construction speed and quality.
