对３１例肺癌患者的ＢＡＬＦ及血中Ｃｕ与Ｚｎ作了检测的结果显示：肺癌组ＢＡＬＦＣｕ与Ｚｎ合量及其Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值均显著低于肺良性疾病组（Ｐ＜０．００５和０．０５），对诊断肺癌有明显价值。
