目的:探讨健康管理对出院后产褥期母婴健康的影响。方法:选取在我院分娩后正出院的产妇432例.按分娩日期平均分为观察组和对照组各216例。对照组只在出院时进行教育指导,出院后只接受患者咨询。观察组产妇出院后实施健康管理,由专门护士建立健康档案、定期电话随访、家访。结果:观察组产妇的各项健康指标情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组婴儿的鹅口疮、湿疹、黄疸发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对出院后产褥期母婴实施健康管理,能够有效改善母婴的保健能力,提高母婴的健康水平。
Objective: To explore the impact of health management on postpartum maternal and infant puerperium health. Methods: 432 cases of discharged mothers after delivery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the date of delivery: 216 cases in observation group and control group. The control group was educated only when discharged from the hospital and only received patient consultation after discharge.
