通过对人体能量代谢系统的研究,揭示肥胖症产生的物质基础及机理,并分析运动减肥的原理,指出只有超过30分钟的有氧运动才会消耗脂肪,达到减肥的目的。
Through the study of human energy metabolism system, we reveal the material basis and mechanism of obesity and analyze the principle of exercise to lose weight, pointing out that only the aerobic exercise more than 30 minutes will consume fat to achieve weight loss.
