西班牙是一个文明古国,有着灿烂的历史文化和壮美的山河,向以旅游大国著称,其经济在近20多年的时间里有了长足的进步,特别是在加入欧共体之后,其工业发展的速度明显加快。目前西班牙已由过去的农业国跨入工业发达国家的行列。在某些工业领域,如:汽车、机床、电子电气、造船、化工等已达到很高的技术水平,在国际市场上具有一定的竞争力。 以前,中西两国机电工业之间的交往较少,因此相互了解不多。本刊在中国国际贸促会机械行业分会、西班牙驻华使馆商务处等单位的大力支持和帮助下,在“’94西班牙工业技术博览会”举办之时出版这本专刊,力求较全面地介绍西班牙的自然情况、经济发展、对外贸易及政策、工业及机电工业主要行业情况、机电产品对外贸易及中西机电产品贸易情况,以使我国广大机电企业更多地了解西班牙机电工业,促进中西机电经贸合作的进一步发展。
