专家简介:侯宝成,陕西勉县人。1960年6月出生,1978年12月入伍,现任西安政治学院军队政治工作学系教授、硕士研究生导师,专业技术5级,大校军衔,学院名师、教学标兵,获专业技术一类岗位津贴,3次荣立三等功。从事政治工作实践和教学30多年,先后讲授《军队政治工作学原理》《领导科学》《政治工作指挥与管理》《政治机关科学指导基层》等20门课程和任职教育专题。完成科研成果100余项,其中专著12部、各类教材14部,获邓小平理论研究中心一等奖1项、全军 Expert Profile: Hou Baocheng, Mian County, Shaanxi Province.
