目的调查宁夏鼠形动物体内巴尔通体的携带及自然感染情况,为宁夏鼠传疾病的预防和控制提供参考。方法选择不同地区和生境,采用鼠夹法捕获鼠类,进行分类鉴定,解剖鼠类,无菌采集肝脾组织,进行巴尔通体的枸橼酸合酶基因(glt A)379 bp片段扩增和菌体培养。结果从兴庆区、平罗、灵武、西吉、原州、泾原县共捕获鼠类243只19种,其中9种自然感染巴尔通体,分离出巴尔通体63株,鼠类感染巴尔通体的阳性率为25.93%。其中野栖鼠类:朝鲜姬鼠感染率为41.67%,黑线姬鼠感染率为35.56%,子午沙鼠感染率为34.62%,三趾跳鼠感染率为30.00%,长尾仓鼠感染率为25.00%,阿拉善黄鼠自然感染率为23.80%,长爪沙鼠感染率为20.00%,洮州绒平感染率为13.64%,五趾跳鼠感染率为11.11%。但农田环境的鼠类自然感染率均为零。结论宁夏鼠形动物中携带有致病性的巴尔通体,野栖鼠类自然感染率较高。人群与外环境的鼠类接触存在感染发病的风险。
Objective To investigate the carriage and natural infection of Bartonella in mice of Ningxia and to provide reference for the prevention and control of rat-transmitted diseases in Ningxia. Methods Different regions and habitats were selected, and the mice were captured by the mouse clamp method. The mice were dissected, the mice were dissected, and the liver and spleen tissues were collected aseptically. The 379 bp fragment of glt A gene was amplified, Cell culture. Results A total of 243 species of rodents were caught from Xingqing District, Pingluo, Lingwu, Xiji, Yuanzhou and Jingyuan counties. Nine of them were naturally infected with Bartonella, 63 were isolated from Barr, and Bartonella The positive rate was 25.93%. Among them, the number of wild rats was 41.67%. The infection rate of Apodemus agrarius was 35.56%, that of Meriones unguiculatus was 34.62% and that of Three-toed hopper was 30.00%. The infection rate of long-haired hamster was 25.00%. The natural infection rate of Alaskans squirrel was 23.80%, infection rate of gerbil was 20.00%, infection rate of siphonoderma infection was 13.64%, infection rate of squirrel was 11.11%. However, the natural infection rates of farm animals are zero. Conclusion Ningxia rat-shaped animals carry pathogenic Bartonella species, wild habitat rodent natural infection rate is higher. Rodent exposure to humans and the environment may present an infection risk.
