一、黄河流域水资源概况黄河流域面积75.2万平方公里(不包括鄂尔多斯高原闭流区),干流全长5464公里,绝大部分地处我国西北干旱、半干旱地区,气候干燥,降水量少而蒸发能力大,水资源不丰富。全流域总水资源量为735亿立米,全流域1956～1979年24年平均降水深476毫米,其中约有20%形成河川径流,约有80％为蒸散发所直接消耗。
