目的探讨小儿ALL(小儿急性淋巴细胞性白血病)不顺从治疗的主要原因。方法据小儿ALL坚持治疗与否分成顺从组与不顺从组,对两组病儿的性别、年龄、家庭经济状况、父母文化程度、地区、病情进行方差分析,并对不顺从组各种因素的影响程度作贡献率分析。结果两组病儿在家庭经济状况、父母文化程度、地区方面对治疗的影响有显著性差异(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01),不顺从组上述各因素的影响程度大小分别为40.63%,8.31%,32.73%。结论家庭状况差、父母文化程度低、居住在乡村及病情危重病人易出现不顺从治疗。
Objective To investigate the main causes of non-compliance in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods According to pediatric ALL adherence to treatment was divided into compliance group and non-compliance group, the two groups of sick children’s sex, age, family economic status, parents’ education level, region, disease variance analysis, and various factors of non-compliance group The impact of the degree of contribution rate analysis. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in the family economic status, parental education level, and district level (P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.01). The degree of influence of each factor in the non-compliance group was 40.63%, 8.31%, 32.73%. Conclusion The family status is poor, the education level of parents is low, and the patients living in rural areas and critically ill patients are prone to non-compliance.
