基于一套S2流面流线曲率法通流计算程序对某五级轴流压气机进行了性能分析。该程序在包含常用的叶珊特性计算模型的同时,为了反映压气机内部复杂流动的影响,引入了考虑到端壁剪切力修正的径向掺混模型和能够根据不同工况激波结构计算损失的复杂激波模型。通过与实验数据的对比结合CFD计算结果,表明该程序能够基本准确预测某五级轴流压气机的运行特性和气动布局参数,验证了该压气机性能基本达到设计要求。同时为该压气机进一步优化提供了参考。
The performance of a five-stage axial-flow compressor was analyzed based on a set of S2-flow streamline curvature through-flow calculation program. In order to reflect the complicated flow inside the compressor, the program incorporates the commonly used Ye Shan characteristic calculation model, and introduces the radial mixing model which takes into account the shear correction of the end wall and the calculation of loss according to the shock wave structure under different conditions Complex shock model. Comparing with the experimental data, the CFD calculation results show that the program can basically predict accurately the operating characteristics and the aerodynamic layout parameters of a five-stage axial compressor, and verify that the performance of the compressor basically meets the design requirements. At the same time, this compressor provides a reference for further optimization.
