由采自俄罗斯西伯利亚地区的野生桦褐孔菌分离获得品质稳定的纯菌株JS-1。采用“液体摇瓶培养法”对其营养生理条件和生物学特性进行了研究。发现利于桦褐孔菌生长的微量元素最适添加量分别:MgSO4·7H2O为0.15%;KH2PO4为0.3%;VB1为20mg/L;金属离子Mn2+和Cu2+对菌丝生长有促进作用,Fe2+和Zn2+对菌丝生长有抑制作用。试验表明,桦褐孔菌最适生长酸碱度为pH6~7;在“微氧”环境中,菌丝生长速度明显快于常态,具有限氧生长的特性。
Stable pure strain JS-1 was isolated from wild Inonotus obliquus collected from Siberia, Russia. The nutritional physiological conditions and biological characteristics were studied by using “liquid shake flask culture method”. It was found that the optimum amount of trace elements for growth of Inonotus obliquus was 0.15% for MgSO4 · 7H2O, 0.3% for KH2PO4 and 20 mg / L for VB1. The growth of mycelium was promoted by metal ions Mn2 + and Cu2 + Inhibit the growth of mycelium. The results showed that the optimal pH value for growth of Inonotus obliquus was pH6 ~ 7. In the condition of “micro-oxygen ”, mycelial growth rate was significantly faster than normal, with limited oxygen growth.
