为了解决传统的超薄铺装材料在桥面铺装应用过程中难以压实的问题,本研究通过新型级配设计与复合改性技术手段,进行了U-PAVE10超薄铺装混合料的设计与性能评价;结合石臼湖大桥的实体工程实施,对U-PAVE10高性能超薄铺装的施工工艺进行了研究。通过室内性能验证与现场的检测结果表明,U-PAVE超薄铺装材料具有良好的路用性能,并且在桥面降温速率较快的条件下仍能达到良好的压实效果,是一种高性能的超薄铺装材料。
