企业统计与现代企业经营管理之间的关系十分紧密。在市场经济条件下,经营管理过程变得相当复杂,经营管理方法和手段也越来越多,经营管理难度也大大增加。本文首先阐明了统计工作对于企业经营管理的重要意义,然后分析指出当前部分企业统计工作中所存在的主要问题与不足,并在此基础上提出相应的完善建议,最后,对企业统计工作难点之一——企业营销管理中统计学的应用进行论述。
The relationship between business statistics and modern business management is very close. Under the conditions of a market economy, the operation and management process has become quite complicated with more and more management methods and means, and the difficulty of operation and management has also increased greatly.
