以耐热性不同的两个水稻品系为材料,研究了高温胁迫对胚乳淀粉合成关键酶活性及内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,高温胁迫下胚乳ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性(AGPase)、可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)和淀粉分支酶(SBE)活性升高,到达峰值后下降。耐热品系996胚乳淀粉合成酶类活性的下降幅度小于热敏感品系4628。高温下淀粉积累速率与AGPase、SSS活性显著相关。高温下胚乳中ABA含量升高,IAA含量和Z+ZR含量降低,热敏感品系4628胚乳中内源激素含量变化幅度均大于耐热品系996。
Two rice cultivars with different heat tolerance were used as materials to study the effects of high temperature stress on the key enzyme activity and endogenous hormone content of starch synthesis in endosperm. The results showed that the activities of AGPase, soluble starch synthase (SSS) and starch branching enzyme (SBE) of endosperm increased under high temperature stress, and reached the peak value and then decreased. Heat-resistant lines 996 endosperm starch synthase activity decreased less than the heat-sensitive lines 4628. The starch accumulation rate under high temperature was significantly correlated with AGPase and SSS activities. The content of ABA, IAA and Z + ZR in endosperm increased under high temperature. The content of endogenous hormones in heat-sensitive 4628 endosperm was higher than that of heat-tolerant strain 996.
