以淡竹叶中总黄酮和香豆素类内酯为研究对象,通过单因素考察,优化得到了较佳提取工艺条件:粒径80目,乙醇浓度70%(v/v),提取温度80℃,提取时间1h,料液比30∶1(mL/g),提取2次。该工艺条件下,淡竹叶总黄酮和香豆素类内酯得率分别为19.61mg/g和9.38mg/g。此外,对淡竹、毛竹、孝顺竹、箬竹和早竹叶中的黄酮与内酯含量进行了测定与比较,结果表明,淡竹叶中两者含量相对较高。
Taking the total flavonoids and coumarins in light bamboo leaves as the research object, the optimal extraction conditions were obtained through single factor investigation: 80 mesh size, ethanol concentration 70% (v / v), extraction temperature 80 ℃, Extraction time 1h, the ratio of material to liquid 30: 1 (mL / g), extracted twice. Under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids and coumarins in light bamboo leaves were 19.61mg / g and 9.38mg / g, respectively.
