高职院校青年教师的数量越来越庞大,这个群体身上有着明显的时代标志和集体困惑。协同育人机制下如何使青年教师的积极性、主动性和创造性得以发挥,这不仅关系到青年教师的个人发展和利益,同样也关系到高职院校的生存和发展。优化制度环境,突破高职院校青年教师的思政政治工作困境,是一个需要青年教师、学校、社会共同思考的话题。
The number of young teachers in vocational colleges is getting larger and larger. This group has obvious signs of the times and collective confusion. How to give play to the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of young teachers under the mechanism of coordinated education is not only related to the personal development and interests of young teachers, but also to the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. Optimizing the institutional environment and breaking through the plight of the political and ideological work of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is a topic that requires young teachers, schools and the community to think together.
