用废棉发酵料袋栽平菇曾有过报道,但不够系统全面,产量也不稳定。笔者从1987—1989年连续试验四次,生物学效率都稳定在100%以上,高的达150%以上,已摸索出一套技术,现介绍如下:(一)选用优良菌种:品种以佛罗里达、大白平菇为好,菌种培养基以棉籽壳、麦粒为佳。(二)栽培料配方及处理:配方为废棉百公斤、加石膏粉2公斤、过磷酸钙1公斤、多菌灵200克、石灰2公斤。废棉要曝晒2天,先与石膏粉、过磷酸钙拌 Spent cotton fermentation bag planted mushrooms have been reported, but not systematic enough, the output is not stable.
