This morning I was thinking back to a year ago and what I was doing. I realized that I was having blood transfusions(输血) every two weeks just a year ago. I was dying and the blood was the only thing keeping me alive. I was a little broken hearted. Now I have forgotten the heart break. Fear means nothing to me anymore. I only know how to live, which leaves little room for fear.
This last year seems like a lifetime, I have come to know and understand so much more than I did before. I have made many changes in my life and now I try to live in harmony（和谐） with the rest of the world as much as I can. Many of you may be remembering how I used to take everything, my clothes, my house, and even my time. But now I love my new life and I had to make changes in order to have my health.
