采用简单的多元醇法,以葡萄糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP)作为辅助剂,合成铅的硫属化合物PbE(E=S,Se,Te)纳米片.首先制备出形貌均一的Pb纳米花,然后添加S(Se,Te)源反应物再形成PbE的堆积纳米片.发现合成的二维PbE堆积纳米片具有较大表面积,厚度约为40nm,且具有规则的几何外形.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和拉曼光谱(Raman spectra)对所得样品进行表征,并对PbE堆积纳米片可能的形成机制做了定性的阐述.
PbE (E = S, Se, Te) nanosheets were synthesized by simple polyol method using glucose and polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP) as assistants.The Pb nanoflora , And then adding S (Se, Te) source reactant to form PbE stacked nanosheets.It was found that the synthesized two-dimensional PbE nanosheets have a large surface area and a thickness of about 40nm with a regular geometric shape.According to X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and Raman spectra were used to characterize the obtained samples. The possible formation mechanism of PbE nanosheets was also described qualitatively.
