很多老年人在冬季有用电热毯的习惯，但是皮肤病专家指出，老年人的皮肤本身就比较干燥，如果长时问使用电热毯，会使皮肤失水过多而加重干燥，引发皮肤过敏、瘙痒、口干、咽痛等。因此，使用电热毯通电时间不宜过长，一般是睡前通电加热，上床入睡时要关掉电源，千万不要通宵使用
