太赫兹技术是近些年电磁领域的一个重要研究热点,有大量研究文献。本文首先阐述了当把各个太赫兹组件集成以构建太赫兹系统时需解决的一个重要问题,太赫兹信号的传输与组件连接。接着介绍准光技术的特点,说明准光技术在构建太赫兹系统时的应用,给出了包括成像系统在内的一些系统构建例子,同时给出用准光技术实现功率合成与波束扫描太赫兹天线的例子。
Terahertz technology is an important research hot spot in the field of electromagnetic field in recent years. There is a large amount of research literature. This paper begins with an important issue that needs to be addressed when integrating various terahertz components to build a terahertz system, where the terahertz signal is transmitted and the components are connected. Then introduced the characteristics of quasi-optical technology, illustrates the application of quasi-optical technology in the construction of terahertz systems, gives some examples of system construction including imaging system, and gives the power synthesis and beam scanning with quasi-optical technology.
