近些年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的国企人才队伍的建设在现代化的经济建设中就显得越来越重要。作为国企组织中非常重要的组成部分,国企的高素质人才的培养在企业当中的重要性可谓不言而喻。国企人才队伍的建设关系着国家经济的发展,对于企业本身来说,意义也非常重大。因此,应该从如何建设国企中高素质人才队伍的培养的角度进行分析,对于国企中存在的一些问题和不足的情况,提出一些建设性的意见。
In recent years, with the continuous development of our country’s economy, the construction of our country’s state-owned talent team has become increasingly important in modern economic construction. As a very important component of state-owned enterprise organizations, the importance of the training of high-quality talents in state-owned enterprises in enterprises is self-evident.
