Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3), a member of the STATs family, can be activated by extracellular cytokines, growth factors and the like. Activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 and angiogenesis of cervical cancer, immunosuppression And tumor invasion and metastasis, and through multiple channels affect the occurrence and development of tumors, and promote malignant transformation and block cell apoptosis. Relevant researches help to understand the pathogenic mechanism of signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 in cervical cancer and also provide potential for molecular targeted therapy of cervical cancer.
