以弹塑性弯曲变形理论为依据 ,结合几何弯曲成形的有关知识 ,讨论了三辊式热卷箱弯曲辊辊缝大小的计算方法 ,在此基础上建立了满足无芯卷取工艺要求的热卷箱弯曲辊上抬速度控制的数学模型 ,并给出了变速抬升时的速度控制曲线 ,其研究成果对于热卷箱装置的国产化设计制造具有一定的参考价值。
