随着教育改革的不断深入,上海市二期课改将进入全面推广阶段。如果说二期课改在义务教育阶段取得了积极成效,那么,我们对二期课改在高中阶段可能取得的成效同样怀有殷切的期盼。绝大多数教师认为新课程理念是好的,但是,一年来笔者在深入高中实地调研中发现,课程改革背景下的教师心态首先体现在教师对待课程理论的态度上,其次反映在教师课堂教学实践当中,最后聚焦在教师对高考制度的批评上。因此,我们将从以下三个视角来分析上海市二期课改背景下的教师心态。 With the deepening of education reform, the second phase of curriculum reform in Shanghai will enter the stage of comprehensive promotion.
