随着教育改革的不断深入,上海市二期课改将进入全面推广阶段。如果说二期课改在义务教育阶段取得了积极成效,那么,我们对二期课改在高中阶段可能取得的成效同样怀有殷切的期盼。绝大多数教师认为新课程理念是好的,但是,一年来笔者在深入高中实地调研中发现,课程改革背景下的教师心态首先体现在教师对待课程理论的态度上,其次反映在教师课堂教学实践当中,最后聚焦在教师对高考制度的批评上。因此,我们将从以下三个视角来分析上海市二期课改背景下的教师心态。
With the deepening of education reform, the second phase of curriculum reform in Shanghai will enter the stage of comprehensive promotion. Most teachers think that the new curriculum concept is good, but in the past year, the author found out in the in-depth field research that the teacher mentality in the context of curriculum reform is first reflected in the attitude of teachers to the curriculum theory and secondly in the teachers’ classroom teaching practice Among them, the final focus on the teacher’s criticism of the college entrance examination system. Therefore, we will analyze the teacher’s mentality in the second phase of curriculum reform in Shanghai from the following three perspectives.
