绩效考核在企业人力资源管理系统中占据着核心地位,并与人力资源管理系统其他环节密切融合,相互促进。如何将绩效考核理论实践化,是一个需要着力探索研究的课题。本文在采取综合分析方法、定性分析相结合的基础上,通过对绩效考核理论的阐述和对我国企业绩效考核的误区分析,提出一些针对性的措施,继而将这些研究成果应用我国企业,使其提升绩效考核理念,建立有效的绩效考核,避免一些容易发生的问题,做好与人力资源管理各环节的有机整合。
Performance appraisal occupies the core position in the enterprise human resource management system and closely integrates with other aspects of the human resource management system to promote each other. How to practice performance appraisal theory, is a need to focus on exploring the subject. Based on the combination of comprehensive analysis method and qualitative analysis method, this paper puts forward some pertinent measures through elaborating the performance appraisal theory and the misunderstanding of the performance appraisal in our country, and then applying these research results to our enterprises to make them Enhance the concept of performance appraisal, establish an effective performance appraisal, avoid some problems that are easy to occur and do a good job of organic integration with all aspects of human resource management.
