浅谈学生自学能力的培养

教师的教与学生的学是一个相互依存、互相促进、相铺相成的有机整合体。它既是一门劳动,又是一门艺术。只注重教而不注重学的教学只能算是一门简单的劳动;相反,只注重学而不注重教的教学只不过是一门简单的艺术罢了。显然,教师的教与学生的学必须进行有机整合。然而,在整合的过程中,学生自学能力的培养显得尤为重要。教学的一大任务就是教会学生如何利用已经获得的知识、技能去学习新知识、新技能,解决生活、学习、工作中遇到的各种问题,即实现自学能力的培养。那么,怎样培养学生自学能力呢?就小学语文教学而言,我从兴趣培养、课前预习、课堂讨论、自主作业四个方面谈谈自己的看法。 Teacher teaching and student learning is an interdependent, mutually reinforcing and interdependent organic integration. It is both a work and an art. Teaching, which focuses on teaching without paying attention to learning, can only be regarded as a simple labor; on the contrary, teaching only learning without paying attention to teaching is only a simple art. Obviously, teacher education and student learning must be organically integrated. However, in the process of integration, the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability is especially important. A major task of teaching is to teach students how to use the acquired knowledge and skills to learn new knowledge and skills and solve various problems encountered in life, study and work, that is, to cultivate self-learning ability. So, how to cultivate students’ self-learning ability? As far as Chinese teaching in primary schools is concerned, I talk about my own views from the aspects of interest cultivation, class preview, class discussion and self-employment.
