目的:探讨妊娠期女性抑郁对生活质量的影响。方法:本文设计为病例对照研究,112例妊娠期抑郁女性和353例妊娠期非抑郁女性纳入本次研究。所有受试者完成SF-36和汉密顿抑郁量表问卷调查,分别评估其生活质量和抑郁状况。T检验、卡方检验和Pearson相关分析用于数据分析处理。结果:妊娠期抑郁与生活质量负相关。妊娠期抑郁女性QOL8条目评分得分显著低于妊娠期非抑郁女性。抑郁与活力、精神健康和社交功能显著负相关。结论:妊娠期女性生活质量较低。妊娠期合理抑郁干预能够有效提高孕妇生活质量,将抑郁筛查纳入产前常规检查十分有必要。
Objective: To investigate the effect of depression on quality of life in pregnant women. METHODS: This study was designed as a case-control study in which 112 women with gestational depression and 353 women with gestational non-depression were included in this study. All subjects completed a questionnaire survey of SF-36 and Hamilton Depression Scale to assess their quality of life and depression status respectively. T test, Chi-square test and Pearson correlation analysis for data analysis and processing. Results: Depression during pregnancy was negatively correlated with quality of life. The scores of QOL8 items of depressed women during pregnancy were significantly lower than those of non-depressed women during pregnancy. Depression and vitality, mental health and social function were significantly negatively correlated. Conclusion: The quality of life of pregnant women is low. Rational pregnancy depression intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of pregnant women, screening for depression will be included in prenatal routine examination is very necessary.
