转铁蛋白受体(Transferrin Receptor; TR)大量存在幼雅红细胞和网织红细胞中,担负摄取铁离子的主要任务.作者曾发现TR在体外从细胞表面大量释放,利用已知的两种抗单克隆抗体OKTg,B3/25进行双夹心放射免疫测定(Sand wich RIA)证明了正常人血清中含有免疫活性的TR,并认为其机理就是由上述释放造成的.另外,血清中出现游离TR,可能反映人体组织富含TR的红细胞系质量(Eerythroid mass).因此,作者除用本法检测
