通过调整均匀化时长,在AZ80镁合金中获得了具有不同分布特征的β-Mg17Al12相。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了β相分布特征对AZ80镁合金轧制态组织和性能的影响。研究发现,β相尺寸、形貌以及分布与AZ80镁合金轧制组织中动态再结晶行为密切相关。晶界粗大的β相利于动态再结晶的发生,并形成细晶带;而β相主要以弥散细小的颗粒在晶内存在时,细晶带发育不完全,使得许多原始晶粒形成孪晶以协调变形。在420℃下保温12h的均匀化处理更利于提高AZ80镁合金板材的综合力学性能。
By adjusting the length of homogenization, β-Mg17Al12 phase with different distribution characteristics was obtained in AZ80 magnesium alloy. The effects of β-phase distribution on microstructure and properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy were studied by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. It is found that the β phase size, morphology and distribution are closely related to the dynamic recrystallization behavior of the rolled AZ80 magnesium alloy. The coarse β phase is conducive to the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization and the formation of fine bands. However, the β phase is mainly composed of fine particles dispersed in the crystal, the development of fine crystal zone is incomplete, and many of the original grains form twin Coordinate deformation. The homogenization treatment at 420 ℃ for 12h is more conducive to improve the mechanical properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy sheet.
