甜地丁不同产地、不同药用部位黄酮类成分含量分析

目的:探讨甜地丁不同用药部位中黄酮类成分的含量差异,为该药材的质量评价及资源开发提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同部位的芹菜素含量,采用比色法测定总黄酮类含量,并将结果进行统计学处理。结果:甜地丁药材中不同部位的总黄酮含量与芹菜素含量呈现相关性,不同部位与总黄酮含量相关性显著、与芹菜素含量相关性不显著。结论:总黄酮与芹菜素含量相结合可作为评价甜地丁药材质量的依据。甜地丁以全草入药最佳,产地对其质量影响不大。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the content of flavonoids in different dosage sites of sweet dide, to provide basis for the quality evaluation and resource development of this drug. Methods: The content of apigenin in different parts was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The content of total flavonoids was determined by colorimetric method. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: The content of total flavonoids in different parts of sweet clove was correlated with the content of apigenin. The content of total flavonoids in different parts was significantly correlated with the content of apigenin, but not with the content of apigenin. Conclusion: The combination of total flavonoids and apigenin content can be used as a basis for evaluating the quality of sweet dill. Sweet d to the whole plant medicine best, origin has little effect on its quality.
