目的 研究国产重组人生长激素（ｒｈＧＨ）治疗生长激素缺乏症（ＧＨＤ）的临床效果和安全性。方法ＧＨＤ６７例，年龄１１．９３±３．１８岁，身高１１８．４１±１４．３６ｃｍ，生长速率２．９５±０．８ｃｍ／ａ。给予国产ｒｈＧＨ，０．１Ｕ· ｋｇ－１· ｄ－１，疗程６月。结果 ｒｈＧＨ对患儿体格的线性生长有显著促进作用（Ｐ＜０．００１），完全性ＧＨＤ和部分性ＧＨＤ６个月的生长速率分别为１３．３６±３．７３ｃｍ／ａ和１０．３３ ± ２．２１ｃｍ／ａ，两者差别有高度显著性 （Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 国产ｒｈＧＨ是一种治疗ＧＨＤ的有效药物，近期效果和进口的ｒｈＧＨ相似，并且完全性ＧＨＤ的疗效比部分性ＧＨＤ好。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in the treatment of growth hormone deficiency (GHD). Method GHD 67 cases, age 11.93 ± 3.18 years old, height 118.41 ± 14.36cm, growth rate of 2.95 ± 0.8cm / a. Give domestic rhGH, 0.1U · kg-1 · d-1, course of treatment in June. Results rhGH had a significant effect on the growth of the body in children (P <0.001). The 6-month growth rates of complete GHD and partial GHD were 13.36 ± 3.73cm / a and 10.33 ± 2 .21cm / a, the difference between the two was highly significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Domestic rhGH is an effective drug for treating GHD. The recent effect is similar to imported rhGH, and the effect of complete GHD is better than that of partial GHD.
