目的 :监测不同时间下肢活动对股静脉血流速度的影响 ,为老年前列腺患者术后卧床期选择有效的活动时间 ,以预防下肢静脉血栓。方法 :采用自身对照 ,用彩色多普勒血流超声显像仪监测手术前后、活动中与活动后股静脉血流速度。结果 :术后卧床较术前静卧股静脉血流速度明显减慢 (t=2 .2 73,P <0 .0 5 ) ;下肢活动 2min时股静脉血流速度较活动前明显增加 (t=3.134 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;活动 2min、5min后股静脉血流速度与术后静卧时比较无显著差异 (t =2 .2 46 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;各时点下肢活动对心率、血压无明显影响 ;活动中肉眼观察未见到手术创面活动性出血。结论 :老年前列腺术后卧床期间股静脉血流速度明显减慢 ;下肢活动 2~ 4min/次能增加股静脉血流速度 ,且对心率、血压无明显影响。
OBJECTIVE: To monitor the effect of lower extremity activities on the femoral vein blood flow velocity at different times and to select effective time for bed rest during the postoperative period of the elderly patients to prevent lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods: Using self-control, color Doppler flow ultrasound imaging was used to monitor the blood flow velocity of the femoral vein before and after surgery. Results: The blood flow velocity of the bed was significantly lower than that of the preoperative femoral vein (t = 2.223, P <0.05), and the femoral vein blood flow velocity increased significantly = 3.134, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in femoral venous blood flow velocity after 2min and 5min after exercise (t = 2.226, P> 0.05) Lower extremity activity had no significant effect on heart rate and blood pressure; no active bleeding of the surgical wound was observed by naked eye during the activity. Conclusion: The blood flow velocity of femoral vein in elderly patients with postoperative prostate bed significantly slowed down. Activities of lower extremities increased from 2 to 4 minutes per minute, and had no effect on heart rate and blood pressure.
