钢轨探伤是防止钢轨折断、及时发现钢轨病害、提高线路养护质量的重要手段。长期以来,我局钢轨探伤车的上线探伤作业仅依靠调度员的日常运行调整安排,造成作业时间难以控制、计划兑现率不高、设备质量难以保证,而随着路局管内营业里程的增加,钢轨探伤工作的困难也愈加显现。上海局实施钢轨探伤车“四固定”运输组织模式,改变了钢轨探伤车上线开行困难和生产效率低下的现状,进一步提高钢轨探伤车单机和综合使用效率,确保安全高效地完成全年检测任务。
