目的探讨纳豆粉对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法以不同剂量的纳豆粉连续经口给予小鼠30 d,然后通过细胞免疫、体液免疫、吞噬系统功能、自然杀伤细胞活性4个方面的试验结果评价纳豆粉对小鼠免疫系统的作用。结果纳豆粉能够增强小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖、转化作用,提高小鼠的迟发型变态反应程度,促进小鼠的抗体生成细胞增殖,提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力,对自然杀伤细胞活性无明显影响。结论纳豆粉可提高小鼠的免疫力。
Objective To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of natto on mice. Methods Mice were given oral administration of different doses of natto for 30 days. The effects of natto on the immune system were evaluated by the results of cell immunity, humoral immunity, phagocytic function and natural killer cell activity . Results natto powder can enhance the proliferation and transformation of splenic lymphocytes in mice, increase the degree of delayed type hypersensitivity in mice, promote the proliferation of antibody-producing cells in mice, raise the serum hemolysin level in mice and enhance the single The macrophage carbon clearance ability and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis had no significant effect on the natural killer cell activity. Conclusion natto can improve the immunity of mice.
