糠烷(2-甲基呋喃)作为制取各种呋喃化合物及乙酰基丙醇的原料广泛地用于基本有机合成工业。由于国民经济对乙酰基丙醇需要量的迅速增加,建立糠烷的高效生产工艺是一项迫切的任务。已经有一些制取糠烷的方法,如在锌-锰-铬或钯催化剂存在下5-甲基糠醛汽相脱羧法。无疑,该法是值得重视的,因为这种方法能够利用糠醛生产的釜残中含量达30%的5-甲基糠醛作原料。然而,从釜残中分离糠烷尚未实现工业化规模生产。现在,工业生产糠烷的唯一方法是糠醛催化加氢。
Furfural (2-methylfuran) is widely used in the basic organic synthesis industry as a raw material for producing various furan compounds and acetyl propanol. Due to the rapidly increasing demand for acetyl propanol in the national economy, establishing an efficient production process for furfuryl is an urgent task. There are already some ways to make furfurns such as 5-methylfurfural vapor phase decarboxylation in the presence of zinc-manganese-chromium or palladium catalysts. Undoubtedly, this method deserves attention because this method makes use of 5-methylfurfural in the bottoms produced by furfural as raw material. However, the separation of furfural from the residue has not yet been achieved on an industrial scale. The only way for industrial production of furfurns now is furfural-catalyzed hydrogenation.
