研究了南极假丝酵母 (Candidaantarctica)JWSH 112降解煤油烃的影响因素 .利用正交试验方法 ,确证了最优条件为煤油 14 ( φ/ % )、NaNO3 2 .0 gL- 1 、NaH2 PO40 .1gL- 1 、蛋白胨 2 .0 gL- 1 、初始 pH 6 .5 ,其中蛋白胨是影响JWSH 112降解煤油烃的最重要因素 .采用优化后的条件进行验证实验 ,煤油烃的生物降解率 ( 4 9.2 % )和细胞生长质量浓度 ( 1.9gL- 1 )均略高于正交试验中的最高生物降解率 ( 4 7.9% )和细胞生长质量浓度 ( 1.5gL- 1 ) .通过气相色谱定性分析发现 ,生物降解后煤油中的部分组份消失或含量明显降低 .图 6表 5参 13
The factors affecting the degradation of kerosene from Candida antarctica JWSH 112 were studied. The optimum conditions for the kerosene degradation of Candida antarctica were confirmed as follows: kerosene 14 (φ /%), NaNO3 2 .0 gL-1, NaH2PO40.1gL - 1, peptone 2.0 gL-1 and initial pH 6.5, peptone is the most important factor affecting the degradation of kerosene by JWSH 112. The biodegradation rate of kerosene (4 9.2% ) And cell growth concentration (1.9gL-1) were slightly higher than the highest biodegradation rate (4 7.9%) and cell growth mass concentration (1.5gL-1) in the orthogonal test.According to gas chromatography qualitative analysis, Degradation of kerosene in some of the components disappear or significantly reduced content
