以含0.012%Y(质量分数)和0%Y的2Cr13不锈钢为研究对象,利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机进行热模拟试验。通过观察分析原始组织与四道次压缩变形后组织以及热模拟试验应力-应变曲线,得出稀土元素Y加入2Cr13不锈钢中能够细化晶粒,细化碳化物,减少碳化物偏聚;与不含Y的2Cr13不锈钢相比,含Y的2Cr13不锈钢压缩变形的高温应力峰值都较高。
Taking the 2Cr13 stainless steel containing 0.012% Y (mass fraction) and 0% Y as the research object, the thermal simulation test was carried out by using the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine. By observing and analyzing the original structure, the four-pass compressive deformation microstructure and the stress-strain curve of the thermal simulation test, it is concluded that the addition of rare earth element Y to 2Cr13 stainless steel can refine the grains, refine the carbides and reduce the segregation of carbides; Compared with the Y-containing 2Cr13 stainless steel, the Y-containing 2Cr13 stainless steel has a high peak of high temperature stress of compression deformation.
