探讨安多霖降低鼻咽癌和食道癌患者放疗后高微核率和促进放射损伤修复的作用 ,将 1 38例癌症患者 (鼻咽癌 6 6例 ,食道癌 72例 )随机分为治疗组 76例 (鼻咽癌 34例、食道癌 42例 ) ,对照组 6 2例 (鼻咽癌 32例、食道癌30例 ) ,放疗结束时口服安多霖胶囊 ,对照组口服参芪片 ,每次 4粒 ,3次 / d,连用 1 4 d。全组病例均在用药前后各测外周血淋巴细胞微核率 (MNF)一次。结果显示 ,MNF用药前治疗组与对照组无差别 (P >0 .1 )。用药后治疗组MNF明显低于对照组 ,且下降幅度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。表明安多霖具有明显的降低恶性肿瘤放疗后高微核率和促进放射损伤修复的作用 ,对预防辐射损伤可能有着重要的临床意义
To investigate the role of Andorol in reducing the high-micronucleus rate and promoting the repair of radiation injury in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and esophageal cancer after radiotherapy. One hundred thirty-eight cancer patients (66 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 72 cases of esophageal cancer) were randomly divided into treatment group 76 cases (nasopharyngeal carcinoma in 34 cases, 42 cases of esophageal cancer), the control group of 62 cases (32 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 30 cases of esophageal cancer), at the end of radiation oral Andorraine capsules, the control group oral Shen Qi tablets, 4 times a day, 3 times / d, once every 14 days. All cases were measured before and after treatment of peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus rate (MNF) once. The results showed that there was no difference between the MNF treatment group and the control group (P> 0. 1). After treatment, the MNF in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the decrease was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.01). It is indicated that Andorol can obviously reduce the high-micronucleus rate and promote the repair of radiation injury after radiotherapy for malignant tumors, which may have important clinical significance in preventing radiation injury
