党的十八大强调,建设社会主义文化强国,关键是增强全民族文化创造活力。新疆自古以来就是一个各民族文化交流的大舞台,各民族都有自己悠久的历史和优良的文化传统。增强新疆各少数民族文化的创造活力,对不断开拓新疆少数民族文化建设新局面具有重要意义。 The 18th CPC National Congress emphasized that the key to building a strong socialist country is to enhance the vitality of the entire nation’s culture.
