目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定奶粉中维生素A、E含量的方法。方法:奶粉样品经过皂化处理后,直接取上清液进样到高效液相色谱仪中,紫外双波长检测。结果:维生素A、E的浓度线性范围分别为0.25~1.25μg/mL、2.50~12.50μg/mL,最低检出浓度分别为0.511μg/100g、13.3μg/100g;相对标准偏差为1.0%~5.7%,回收率为98.0%~102.2%。结论:该法简单、快速、准确,满足检测需要,适合奶粉中维生素A和E的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of vitamins A and E in milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: After the saponification of milk powder samples, the supernatant was directly injected into the high performance liquid chromatograph, UV dual wavelength detection. Results: The linear range of the concentrations of vitamin A and E were 0.25 ~ 1.25μg / mL and 2.50 ~ 12.50μg / mL, respectively. The minimum detectable concentrations were 0.511μg / 100g and 13.3μg / 100g, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 1.0% ~ 5.7 %, The recovery rate was 98.0% ~ 102.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate to meet the testing needs and is suitable for the detection of vitamins A and E in milk powder.
