一、前言分光光度萃取滴定是一种包括滴定、萃取和分光光度测定的联合分析技术,它比这三种方法中任何单一的方法都灵敏。萤光分光光度萃取滴定要用萤光测量代替一般的分光光度法测量,此种方法尚未研究过。因为萤光法具有较高的灵敏度,并光强度与浓度之间直接成线性关系,而不是像分光光度法那样成对数关系,所以萤光分光光度萃取技术可用于测量少量和低浓度样品中的微量成份。导出了萤光法的滴定曲线的理论方程,并与实验数据作了比较。滴定终点的数学计算也从理论上导出,并用8——羟基喹啉滴定镓和铝的实验做了验证。二、理论
