目的探讨促甲状腺激素(TSH)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者代谢及生殖系统的影响。方法选取2015年4月-2017年4月在厦门市妇幼保健院生殖医学科行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的PCOS患者146例,分为TSH≥2.5m U/L组52例、TSH<2.5 m U/L组94例,检测TSH、性激素及代谢指标。记录两组获卵数、MⅡ卵数、可利用胚胎数及优质胚胎数。结果 TSH≥2.5 m U/L组甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、稳态模型(HOMA-IR)水平较TSH<2.5 m U/L组升高明显(P<0.05),TSH<2.5 m U/L组优质胚胎数、MⅡ卵子率较TSH≥2.5 m U/L组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TSH与TG、FINS、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 TSH≥2.5 m U/L影响PCOS患者代谢及生殖系统。
Objective To investigate the effects of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) on metabolism and reproductive system in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 146 patients with PCOS treated by IVF-ET in Xiamen MCH from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into 52 cases with TSH≥2.5mU / L , TSH <2.5 m U / L group of 94 cases, detection of TSH, sex hormones and metabolic parameters. Record the number of oocytes retrieved, the number of M Ⅱ eggs, the number of embryos available and the number of high quality embryos. Results The levels of triglyceride (TG), fasting insulin (FINS) and homeostasis model (HOMA-IR) in TSH≥2.5 mU / L group were significantly higher than those in TSH <2.5 mU / L group The number of high quality embryos in the group <2.5 m U / L was higher than that in the TSH≥2.5 mU / L group (P <0.05), but there was a positive correlation between TSH and TG, FINS and HOMA-IR 0.05). Conclusion TSH ≥ 2.5 mU / L affects PCOS patients with metabolic and reproductive system.
