试验以11~12年生元帅系苹果(Maluspumila)五龙红为材料,研究了果形剂处理对苹果幼果早期生长特性及内源细胞分裂素水平等方面的影响,结果表明:果形剂处理显著提高了果实的座果率;促进了幼果的早期生长;尤其显著地促进了果实萼端发育,使五棱突起明显。幼果早期生长发育过程中,果形指数逐渐下降,但处理果的果形指数始终比对照果的高。对果实萼端与胴部内源细胞分裂素的测定结果表明,盛花后前3周内,对照果与处理果的ZRs及iPA含量均很低,至第4周,处理果萼端的ZRs含量急剧增加达含量高峰,为对照果的20倍之多;萼端iPA含量也表现出类似的趋势。胴部的ZRs和iPA含量变化不如萼端明显,后期以处理果中含量较高。对果实萼端组织显微结构的观察发现,果形剂处理后细胞数量和细胞体积均比对照果的大,但细胞数量比细胞体积增加的多。可见,果实萼端的增大主要是通过细胞数量的增本研究为中国博士后科学基金资助项目稿件修回日期:1998-06-30加实现的。这与萼端具有高含量的细胞分裂素有关。
