以“买方信任”为切入点,对供应链企业间信任的前因进行了较为深入的探索,同时验证了信任对合约修改弹性的影响.通过对145份来自生产型企业的买方样本的实证分析,结果表明:声誉、专用资产投资、沟通质量认知、共同的价值观、人际信任以及制度环境均对买方信任具有显著的正向影响;买方信任与合约修改弹性显著正相关,可以通过增进信任水平来提高供应链的反应速度;政府部门需进一步优化制度环境,考虑到各前因要素的影响效果不同,供应链管理者要理性决策,切忌盲目投入.
Based on the “buyer’s trust ”, this paper explores the antecedents of trust among supply chain enterprises and verifies the impact of trust on the elasticity of contract modification.Through the analysis of 145 sample of buyer’s samples from manufacturing enterprises Empirical analysis shows that: Reputation, private equity investment, communication quality cognition, common values, interpersonal trust and institutional environment all have a significant positive impact on buyer’s trust; buyer’s trust is significantly and positively correlated with the flexibility of contract modification, Trust level to improve the response speed of the supply chain; government departments need to further optimize the institutional environment, taking into account the factors that affect the antecedents of different effects, supply chain managers should make rational decisions, should not blindly input.
