研制开发了一种既锋利又耐磨的新型复合基金刚石圆锯片,其胎体主要成分为663(锡青铜)-W(WC)-Ni-Fe-Co。实际生产结果表明,该锯片切削花岗岩的锋利度比传统的Co基、Fe基提高了40%~50%;使用寿命比Co基提高了6%~10%,比Fe基提高了14%~18%;而生产成本是Co基的50%左右,与Fe基相当。板材生产的综合效益提高了20%~30%。
Developed a new type of composite diamond saw blade that is both sharp and wear-resistant. The main component of the matrix is 663 (tin bronze) -W (WC) -Ni-Fe-Co. The actual production results show that the saw blade cutting granite sharp than the traditional Co-based, Fe-based increased by 40% to 50%; life than Co-based increased 6% to 10%, 14% 18%; while the production cost is about 50% of Co base, which is equivalent to Fe base. Comprehensive benefits of sheet metal production increased by 20% to 30%.
