目前认为脂蛋白（α）〔Ｌｐ（α）〕是一类独立的脂蛋白，是一种促进动脉粥样硬化和心肌梗塞、冠心病的独立危险因素。糖尿病（ＤＭ）患者不仅有糖代谢紊乱，同时有脂代谢紊乱，故常合并动脉粥样硬化症。目前Ｌｐ（α）在促进糖尿病微血管病变发生中所起的作用已日益受到重视 Lipoprotein (α) [Lp (α)] is now considered to be a class of independent lipoproteins and is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction and coronary heart disease.
