目的：探索如何缩短先天性耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开引流的伤口愈合时间。方法：将我院2012年10月至2014年5月的22位先天性耳前瘘管感染行脓肿切开引流换药的患者随机分组，对照组10例，实验组12例。对照组采用常规换药方法，实验组采用常规换药4～5次后使瘘口自然引流同时TDP理疗每天1次。结果：实验组的伤口愈合时间明显少于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论：对先天性耳前瘘管感染脓肿切开引流的患者行常规换药加TDP理疗和自然引流，能有效的缩短换药时间，对伤口愈合起到了至关重要的作用，减少了患者的精神痛苦和经济负担，取得了良好的社会效益。“,”Objectives To explore how to shorten wound healing time of infected abscess, incision and drainage congenital preauricular fistula.Methods 22 patients in our hospital from April,2012 to October,2014 were randomized into two groups-control group(10cases) and experimental group(12 cases), who are infected abscess, conducted incision and drainage and dressing changed congenital preauraicular fistula. Control group was used conventional methods to change dressings, while experimental group was used conventional methods with TDP physical method one or two times a day.Results The wound healing time of experimental group was obviously less than that of control group. Compared with two groups, the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions As to the patients who are congenital preaurilar fistula with infected abscess, incision and drainage, conventional methods to change dressings with TDP physical method can shorten the dressing change time effectively, play an important role in wound healing, reduce mental suffering and economic burden of patients, and achieve a good social benefit.
