由于管路内部介质的冲刷作用,在弯管部位内壁容易形成点状腐蚀坑,影响管路的安全运行。本文介绍了用特制超小型斜探头手动扫查检测管路90°弯曲管段内壁点腐蚀缺陷的超声横波检测实验,以及用特制小型双晶探头测定腐蚀坑深度的实验。结果表明,上述检测方法具有良好的灵敏度和可靠性,可以满足管路点腐蚀原位检测的需要。同时指出超声横波接触法检测弯管的关键在于,需适当减小探头尺寸和加大发射功率。
Due to the scouring effect of the medium inside the pipeline, pitting pits are easily formed on the inner wall of the elbow section, affecting the safe operation of the pipeline. In this paper, we introduce the ultrasonic transverse wave detection experiment of manually inspecting the inner wall pitting defects of the 90 ° curved pipe segment with a special ultra-small oblique probe and the experiment of measuring the depth of the corrosion pits with a special small twin crystal probe. The results show that the above detection method has good sensitivity and reliability, which can meet the needs of pipeline spot corrosion in situ detection. At the same time, it is pointed out that the key point of ultrasonic shear wave contact method is to reduce the probe size and increase the transmitting power.
